Brickson Apts – Oklahoma City, OK

88 unit apartment complex that needed everything including plumbing, electrical, roof, siding, complete interiors, hvac and fire sprinkler repair. This property had everything including water leaks, fires, homeless, and tons of deferred maintenance we had to deal with. We have finished all the exterior work except for one building including hvac, wiring and stairs, completed 63 interiors and the laundry room in 12 months. We expect to be 100% complete in the next 3-4 months.

Retreat at Lake Highlands Apts – Dallas, TX

This is a 127 unit apartment complex that needed everything including plumbing, electrical, pool repair, complete interiors, hvac and foundation work. We threaded the needle here with 90+ occupancy during most of the renovation in which we painted brick exterior, completed foundation work, replaced electrical panels, and renovated interiors. We have finished all the exterior including adding a new playground and completed 82 interiors in 24 months. We expect to be 100% complete in the next 6 months.

Reserve at Lake Highlands Apts – Dallas, TX

This is a 152 unit apartment complex that needed everything including complete interior updates, electrical, parking lot repairs, drainage, roof and hvac work. We quickly began interior renovations after closing on this property as well as replaced electrical panels and the replaced the roof. To date we have finished 80 units and all the exterior work budgeted in 12 months. We expect to be 100% complete in the next 12 months.
